Cursor Preservation

Last night I woke up at 2am and realized that there was a fundamental problem with cursor preservation in today's real-time collaborative applications. After banging on the keyboard a bit, I went back to bed. Today I read over what I'd written. It seemed to make sense so I implemented it. MobWrite now has what I believe to be the most advanced cursor preservation algorithm available.
