Read articles on Slashdot more than you would care to admit? Here are two displays which allows one to monitor what is currently being reported. I've created displays similar to this once or twice before.
I release these displays with some trepadation. Slashdot is notorious for obliterating websites by unleasing hoards of nerds at some unsuspecting server. The last thing I want is to nuke my company's Internet connection. Therefore I'm serving these displays from a subdomain which may be quietly redirected to another machine in the future. I've also been communicating with CowboyNeal so that he knows about this.
Update: After six months, CowboyNeal added a link to my monitor from Slashdot's code page. My stats have been climbing ever since.
