Waves to Wine

As many have noticed (and griped about), my website has been uncharacteristically dead for the past month. That's because I've been training. And now it's showtime!
This Saturday and Sunday I am cycling 150 miles (that's ~240 km for the rest of the world) from San Francisco to Napa Valley in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Google has loaned me an iPhone so that I can post photos live. Follow the action, leave a comment:

The best moment: when I finally got home and Widget was up on the bars of her cage trying to get my attention. She had plenty of food left, she just wanted some pocket time.
