4-bit Binary Encoder

This simple network is designed to be imported into a larger network. It functions as a 4-bit binary encoder. A single input signal is converted into the appropriate binary pattern in the four output neurons. The opposite of this network is Decoder4.

To create a 3-bit encoder, delete input neurons 8-15 and output neuron 8.
