4-bit Decoder

This simple network is designed to be imported into a larger network. It functions as a 4-bit binary decoder. The binary pattern in the four input neurons activates the appropriate output neuron. The opposite of this network is Encoder4.

To create a 3-bit decoder, delete input neuron 8 and output neurons 8-15.
