Sierra's Graduation

We brought Sierra over from Vietnam four years ago and sponsored her through high school and university because of her work ethic. She certainly proved it this week by graduating from her four-year undergrad in just over two years. And she achieved summa cum laude. All while being president of a school club. And while working part time. Oh, and in a few months she'll complete an associate degree she was working on in parallel. Not bad for someone who couldn't speak English when we first met.

I learned long ago that "realistic" expectations do not apply to Sierra. It's best to just stay out of her way. I expect she'll be my manager soon.
