3D Anaglyph18 April 2010 Get out your red-cyan 3D glasses, it's anaglyph time! The above porcupine skeleton lies in a focal plane that is in front of the screen, so it takes some conscious effort to resolve the skull since you aren't normally expecting to focus on something in mid-air. If you can't see it properly, I've made another version that lies behind the screen. Something interesting I found was that JPEGs produce ghosting that's really distracting in 3D but is totally invisible in 2D. Hence the above images are loss-less PNGs.
