In honour of April Fools day, here is a novel JavaScript effect. It seems to work in most modern browsers (Mozilla and IE are animated, Opera is static). It was inspired by a hideous page which Amos Hayes once created at Ingenia using Netscape's new-fangled 'FONT' tag. Thanks to the CSS and the DOM, this effect can now be animated. Sea sick yet?
